!! Reminder !! Equity Members We Need Your Proxies!

The Annual Equity Member Meeting is just one week away!
We can not conduct business pertaining to the Board Elections and proposed changes to the By-Laws without your input. As an Equity Member, River Run Club is YOUR Club. It is very important that you please take the time to fill out the 2 Proxies (link below) so we do not have to adjourn and reschedule the upcoming meeting.

Thank you to those who have already returned your proxies to the Club. If you plan on attending the special annual meeting on January 24th in person, we look forward to seeing you there.

We are getting closer to the needed 100 Proxies, but as of today we only have about 15% of Equity Members who have turned in their proxies – which is insufficient to conduct business at the meetings.

Please take a few minutes now to read over the Proxies, complete and sign them, and return them to the Club via email: kcampbell@riverrunclub.com, or by dropping them off at the front desk of the Club no later than 6 p.m. Tuesday January 24th 2023.
