December’s Group Fitness Schedule
Mondays 8am – Alpha Conditioning
Effective fat-torching class combining cardio with strength training, build maximum cardiovascular and muscular endurance while sculpting your body.
Tuesdays 8am – Yoga/Stretch
A mind- body focus with holding stretch’s to work on flexibility, stability and balance.
Wednesdays 8am – Barre Shred
Cardio barre workout focusing on core, cardio, flexibility and strength-training.
Thursdays 8am – Pilates
Full body workout; strengthen training, increase flexibility, improve posture, develop core strength.
Fridays 8am – HIIT
Timed intervals, high-intensity exercises, followed by short and active recovery. (Modified no-impact options available)
