The River Room – Max Capacity 125 guests (full kitchen and outdoor deck included)
The Lounge – Max capacity 36 guests ( 75″ HD television) Piano may be used with prior approval.
The Card Room – Max capacity 20 guests (full wet bar & restroom)
OUTDOOR – Outdoor parties require the standard $5 per person Guest Fee
The Knoll – (shaded under trees)

Room Rental Fees
River Room – Maximum 125 People
5 Hour Rental: $395 Members – $795 Non-Members
Every additional hour @ $75.00 per hour
Lounge Room – Maximum 36 People
5 Hour Rental: $150 Members – $300 Non-Members
Every additional hour @ $50.00 per hour
Card Room – Maximum 20 People
5 Hour Rental: $100 Members – $200 Non-Members
Every additional hour @ $50.00 per hour
*Fees for outdoor spaces vary based on location, day of the week, and number of guests*

If you are interested in booking an event at the club please fill out our Rental Request Form email Kerry kcampbell@riverrunclub.com for availability.
*Reservations are considered final once a rental contract is signed and returned to the club with payment and security deposit.
- Deposits are refunded after the inspection is completed by the club after the event.
- Damages to Clubhouse property will be the responsibility of the renter. Replacement and repair costs will be charged to the renter.
- All events will end at 9 pm Sunday-Thursday & 10pm Friday & Saturday unless stated otherwise in contract.
- All events must be contained in function room.
